The Creation of Sea Creatures and Birds
Genesis 1:20-23
And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. And the evening and the morning were the fifth day. (NET)
Think About It!
God has filled the world with fish and birds, and even our pets. But, some days we feel lonely and sad. We wonder if anyone cares or wants to be our friend. On sad days, remember God loves you and God is always with you. You may not see God, but like the wind, He is there. He is with you. He promises to always help you.
Psalms 139:9 -10 says, “If I were to fly away on the wings of the dawn, and settle down on the other side of the sea, even there your hand would guide me, your right hand would grab hold of me.” You are never out of God's reach.
Do It!
When you are sad talk to God. God hears you.
He is listening. He loves you.
Stand On It!
I say, "I wish I had wings like a dove!
I would fly away and settle in a safe place!
